Service Policy

To secure your booking, a deposit equal to half of the service price is required. Deposits must be paid on the day of the booking to confirm and reserve your scheduled service. Please note that deposits are non-refundable, serving as a commitment fee for the requested beauty services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time for a full refund of your deposit and any pre-paid service fees.

Please be advised that deposits are non-refundable if cancelations occur within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

No-shows will not receive a refund of the deposit.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and emergencies happen. Refunds in these cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Please note that a regular makeup service must be booked in order for a trial makeup service. The trial makeup service is designed to refine and perfect your desired look ahead of the main event. This ensures that on the day of your special occasion, the makeup application is seamless and tailored to your preferences. A deposit is required for a makeup trial.

For appointments located beyond a 20km radius from Regina, a travel fee will be applied. The travel fee is calculated at a rate of $0.70 per kilometre for both the outbound and return trips.

In instances where accommodations are necessary for the makeup artist to fulfill the appointment, it is the sole responsibility of the client to arrange and cover the cost of accommodations.

Please note that the travel fee may vary depending on specific client requests, such as early morning appointments, late-night events, or unique travel circumstances.

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the smooth flow of my schedule. Arriving promptly allows us to provide the best possible service. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, they may be subject to non-refundable fees, as this time is reserved exclusively for your session. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the quality of our services.
